Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
By accessing the DJI Store India Service Portal, booking a repair, or purchasing an AMC plan, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions operated by Skylens Technology / Shloka Enterprises.
1. Diagnostic Bench Fees & BER (Beyond Economic Repair)
- Diagnostic Deposit: All out-of-warranty service requests require a standard bench diagnostic fee. This fee covers the technician's time to safely tear down, diagnose, and reassemble the aircraft. If you proceed with the quoted repair, this deposit is 100% credited toward your final invoice.
- BER Classification: If an aircraft has suffered catastrophic damage (e.g., severe water ingress, total structural and motherboard failure) and the cost of repair exceeds the value of a replacement unit, our lab will classify it as Beyond Economic Repair (BER).
- BER Liability: In the event of a BER classification, the aircraft will be returned to you in its current state. The initial diagnostic deposit will be retained to cover the intensive labor required for the teardown and assessment.
2. 30-Day Technical Warranty
We stand by the quality of our OEM-equivalent components and our technicians' expertise. We provide a strict 30-Day Technical Warranty subject to the following conditions:
- Coverage: The warranty exclusively covers the specific components replaced and the labor performed during that specific ticket. It does not cover unrelated subsequent failures.
- Voiding the Warranty: This warranty is immediately and permanently voided if the aircraft sustains subsequent impact damage (crashes), liquid ingress, sand/dust damage to gimbal motors, or if unauthorized third-party firmware flashing is detected on the flight controller.
3. Limitation of Liability
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for lost data, including photos, videos, or flight logs. Customers must remove all MicroSD cards prior to shipping. Internal storage data may be wiped during motherboard replacement or firmware calibration.
- Transit & Freight: Our liability for the physical safety of your aircraft begins only when it is signed for at our Delhi facility. We are not liable for damage incurred during transit via third-party couriers.
- Consequential Loss: Under no circumstances shall Skylens Technology / Shloka Enterprises be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business income or missed commercial filming opportunities due to repair turn-around times.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our services, or AMC contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
